My installation situation was a little unusual, but they were able to help me figure it out and everything went smooth as silk and they fit exactly in place. Better than a competitors July 31, 2020 Reviewer: Ivan Manley from Ellensburg, WA United States   Installed a competitor's retractable screen door last year. Needed repairs and the competitor ignored my requests for help. Bought a Screen Systems by Genius Retractable Screen: Fit perfectly after 15 minute simple install and works like a charm. Replaced an old retractable screen. No problems. June 18, 2020 Reviewer: Jon Simmons from Camarillo, CA United States   The screen arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Measurements were exact and correct. I replaced another retractable screen that was installed 20+ years ago. I think it was a Genius screen as well. They were very similar. No problems installing the new screen. I could not connect the screen canister to the mounting clips. It was too hard to get the canister to engage the clips. I installed the screen without the clips and it is still very secure in the frame since the other 3 sides are fastened to the door frame. Its a good product at a fair price.
